Rules of admission to higher and secondary special educational institutions to be changed in Belarus. Now centralized testing certificates will be valid for 2 years. Also, there are equal conditions for entering agricultural specialties in all universities. All changes are aimed at improving the competitiveness and quality of vocational education institutions and selecting the most prepared students.
