Restoration of the partisan memorial "The crushing defeat"

In the Smolevichi district, the reconstruction of the partisan shrine – "The crushing defeat" memorial began. Seven years ago, the force of nature destroyed the majestic sculpture. It was decided to recreate the symbol of valor of partisan courage exactly in its former place. For advice, the initiative group turned to Stanislav Murashko. Veteran of the Great Patriotic War, he is the only living member of the eponymous legendary brigade "The crushing defeat". As a 13-year-old teenager, he became a communications agent at partisan detachment. All caring people are invited to join the noble cause. The majestic memorial for about half a century served as a place of memory and veneration of grateful descendants. It is located at the site of the last deployment of "The crushing defeat" partisan brigade, one of the largest formations in Belarus. The complex itself consists of several objects.
