Quality of education in Union State discussed in Minsk

Belarus and Russia plan to increase the number of state-funded places in universities for students of both countries. The joint board of the ministries of education in Minsk looked into a number of issues, including joint research projects, the construction of laboratory buildings at the Belarusian-Russian university in Mahiliou. The construction is to be completed this year. The board raised issues of unified approaches in the accreditation of universities and the quality of education in the Union State.
