Participants in the CSTO exercises arrived in Belarus

Allies from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan were welcomed with Belarusian hospitality. Military personnel from the alliance nations will participate in the "Unbreakable Brotherhood-2026" peacekeeping command-staff exercise and the "Barrier-2026" special exercise. The maneuvres will take place from 12 to 16 October. At the Losvido training ground in Vitebsk Oblast, CSTO collective forces will conduct a peacekeeping operation simulation. In Minsk Oblast, participants in the "Barrier" exercise will demonstrate joint actions to eliminate sources of biological threats within the organization's area of ​​responsibility. These are scheduled exercises and are not directed against third countries.
