One-time financial assistance to be paid ahead of 75th anniversary of liberation of Belarus

The day before, the President of Belarus signed the Decree "On rendering one-time financial assistance" to veterans of the Great Patriotic War and certain categories of citizens who suffered from the consequences of the war. In connection with the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the liberation of Belarus from the Nazi invaders, live witnesses of that war will receive payments – those who fought, worked at the home front, survivors of the Siege of Leningrad, prisoners of Nazi concentration camps. Payments will be made from June 1 to July 1 of this year.
