Objective analytics and high-quality forecasting are the tasks set before the new head of the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Research (BISR). The First Deputy Head of the President Administration introduced Andrei Kuntsevich — the agency's new director — to the staff of this Belarusian think tank. He previously served as First Deputy Minister of Information. The new director has also been tasked with maintaining the current level of visibility for Belarusian analytics within the news agenda.
