Natalya Kochanova discussed working conditions for migrants

Working conditions, good earnings, and comfortable living conditions for migrant workers are the focus of the Speaker of the Upper Chamber of the Parliament. Natalya Kochanova met with Uzbek citizens working in Novopolotsk. More than 200 people arrived in Vitebsk Oblast following agreements between the countries' leaders. However, shortly after their arrival, some expressed dissatisfaction with the conditions, which caused a stir. Topics currently under review include creating comfortable living conditions in rural areas, as well as the progress of the harvest, the readiness of grain drying facilities, and staff availability for the agricultural sector. The meeting took place on the premises of a farm in Braslav District.
