Myanmar delegation headed by Defense Minister visits Belarus

During the talks, prospects for bilateral cooperation were discussed. Myanmar is interested in training its military specialists in Belarus. This was stated by the Union Minister of Defense of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar, General Tun Aung, during talks with the Minister of Defense of Belarus Viktor Khrenin at the Central House of Officers in Minsk. During the meeting, the sides comprehensively touched upon issues not only of bilateral military and military-technical cooperation, but also of an economic nature. The head of the Belarusian military department has received an invitation to pay a return visit to Myanmar.
