The complex of archaeological monuments in the village of Goroshkov, Rechitsa district, has long been known to specialists. There are ancient settlement, burial grounds and a settlement. The site of this year's excavations was discovered in the middle of the last century, but remained unexplored until 2014. Then the South Belarusian expedition of the State Hermitage Museum together with the Vetka Museum of Old Believers and Belarusian Traditions named after F.G. Shklyarov arrived here. There are about 200 burials here. They date back to the end of the III century BC — the beginning of the I century AD. The main goal of the expedition is to trace whether there is a connection between the Milohrad and Zarubinets cultures.
