Heavy snow and wind in Belarus

Winter is back. It has been snowing in Belarus since yesterday evening in central and western regions. And it won't stop today. The largest amount of precipitation was recorded last night in Maryina Gorka – 18 mm, and Slutsk – 17 mm. It rained in the east of the country. Winds in some areas reached 20 meters per second. There is ice on some parts of the road. Minsk traffic police has already launched the bad weather contingency plan.
