Heavy fog envelops Belarus

Dangerous conditions are reported on the country’s highways. Heavy fog has enveloped the capital city. In some areas visibility was no more than 100 meters. Most of Belarus is affected. Drivers and pedestrians are advised to be extremely careful. As for the temperature, in the afternoon it will be +11°C - +17°C degrees, and up to +19°C in the south-west.
