Financial support for orphans increased in Belarus

A number of measures have been implemented for children in state institutions, including a 15% increase in food allowances and a 5% increase in expenses for clothing, footwear, soft furnishings, school supplies, essentials, and personal hygiene items. Meal allowances for children in educational institutions have also been updated.
