Decree on peculiarities of fruit and vegetables delivery

To ensure stability in the consumer market and availability of fruit and vegetable products in trading facilities, especially in the off-season period. The Presidential Decree signed the previous day is aimed at this. The document, in particular, defines the mechanism of granting credits to retail chains to make advance payments for products laid under the state order. In addition, it establishes the obligation of suppliers to ensure the delivery of products. In turn, retail chains must ensure its availability in shops during the off-season period. Administrative liability is envisaged for failure to fulfil the requirements.
