The protection of state borders,
as well
as constant monitoring of the situation on
the borders, is the most important task.
Building up engineering infrastructure
on the border with
Ukraine, construction and reconstruction
of border facilities, roads
and bridges,
ensuring fire safety
in the forest fund
of the Polesie State Radiation-Ecological Reserve. These
and other
topics were discussed at
a meeting of the State Border
Commission under the Council
of Ministers. Representatives of law enforcement agencies
and regions
participated in the work.
The meeting
also summed
up the results of the work for
2025 and
discussed current challenges
