CSTO exercises begin in Belarus

The opening ceremonies of the "Indestructible Brotherhood-2026" and "Barrier-2026" maneuvers were held in Vitebsk and Starye Dorogi. The military will have to move from formations to practical work: to work out actions during a peacekeeping operation, as well as tasks to eliminate sources of biological threats. Military personnel from five countries — Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia and Tajikistan - are participating in the exercises. In total, more than 1.500 people, over 300 units of weapons, military and special equipment, including about 80 drones, will be involved at the training grounds.
