Changes in working order of trade and public catering

In Belarus, changes have been introduced in the legislation on trade outlets and public catering. In particular, on-line marketing of nutritional supplements, veterinary medicines, and pyrotechnic products for household use has been allowed. The procedure of getting permission for the night working mode has been simplified. A trading outlet, a catering unit, or an online store may start its activity only since the day of including the necessary data into the Trade register. A considerable part of the novelties regards regulation of the activities of the e-commerce sites.
