From 1 August to 31 October, 2026, new minimum subsistence budget (MSB) rates will be in effect in Belarus. This figure will increase by 4.1% compared to the value established on 1 May, 2026. Individual social benefits calculated based on the MSB rate will automatically increase proportionally to the increase in the MSB: state benefits for families raising children, pension supplements, benefits for caring for a disabled person of Group I or for a person who has reached the age of 80, and social pensions.
