Belpochta is undergoing a major digital upgrade. Digitalization has made sending parcels more convenient. QR-box terminals allow you to send parcels yourself in just a few minutes, skipping lines. Paperwork (from filling out forms by hand to having them weighed by the operator) has been transferred to your smartphone. Orders are processed through an app or website, receiving a QR code that can be scanned at the post office.
