Belarusian customs officers stopped illegal seafood imports

A scheme for mlns, sentences for years. Belarusian customs officers stopped illegal work of a group of carriers importing red fish and shrimps from the European Union into the territory of the EAEU. The operation was carried out by officers of the Operative and Grodno Regional Customs. A number of Belarusian firms organised illegal deliveries under false veterinary certificates of the Kingdom of Denmark. They used carriers from the Baltic republics to import the products. More than 130 illegal deliveries were detected.
