Today, there are more than 20
joint Belarusian-Chinese research centers and laboratories. The focus is on the
commercialization of innovations. Laser technologies, optics, and intelligent land
sensing are among the promising areas of cooperation. A project on unmanned
aerial vehicles is also being implemented jointly with China. As part of the
Belarusian-Chinese scientific cooperation, there are plans to establish a
graphene battery production facility in the Great Stone Industrial Park.
Several other joint projects are also being implemented. For example,
Belarusian scientists are currently working with their Chinese partners on a
project to develop an atomic force microscope.
