Belarus launches online application queue for university applications

The university admissions campaign in Belarus begins on 12 July. This year, universities plan to admit over 49.000 people. To make it easier for applicants, Belarus has launched an online application queue for university applications. The service is only available to participants in the 2025-2026 Centralized Examination and Centralized Testing programmes. Applicants must log into their personal account on the Republican Institute for Knowledge Assessment website, find the "Electronic Queue," and select up to three priority options (university, faculty, and specialty). The system will automatically offer a voucher, after which a calendar with available slots will open. Available slots are allocated based on the university's schedule. Applicants then receive an SMS confirmation and a PDF voucher for their visit. Last year alone, 15.000 people used the electronic queuing system. The traditional first-come, first-served format will remain.
