Belarus introduces a debt limit on mobile phone accounts

The Belarusian government has set a debt limit on mobile phone accounts for subscribers. According to the decree, the debt on a mobile phone account should not exceed 5 base values starting from June 2026. This measure will prevent subscribers from inadvertently incurring large debts while roaming. If the established limit is inconvenient for any reason, subscribers can contact the operator's office before traveling abroad and submit a request to change the limit.
