Belarus and China strengthen partnership in healthcare sector

Within the framework of joint projects of the SCO countries, Belarusian doctors completed an internship in the city of ShiHezi. For three weeks, doctors visited leading universities, pharmaceutical companies and healthcare facilities in China. The Chinese side expressed interest in expanding cooperation with healthcare institutions in Belarus, as well as with medical universities in the field of joint training of specialists. Currently, 55 students from China are enrolled in medical schools in the country, and the number will grow.
