Belarus and China fight natural disasters together

China will allocate $2 million to purchase equipment to extinguish forest fires in Belarus. A project to strengthen the material and technical base of forestry enterprises has been launched in Minsk. For the first time in the history of Belarusian-Chinese relations, the partners are developing cooperation in the field of combating natural disasters. The funds are being allocated by the Global Development and South-South Cooperation Fund of the Chinese government. The money will also be used to improve communications, purchase motor pumps, gasoline generators, cars and many other means to extinguish fires in Belarus.
