Around 300 international students graduated from Grodno State Medical University

The student body boasts impressive geography representing over 30 countries. Students from 12 countries received their diplomas. According to university tradition the top graduate is also awarded a commemorative statuette for outstanding academic performance, academic achievement, and active scientific and social engagement. In 2026 Umaya Samaraweera from Sri Lanka received this prestigious award. Young doctors solemnly took the Hippocratic Oath promising to care for public health, maintain medical confidentiality, continually improve their skills, and conscientiously fulfill their duty to save patients.
