A State Commission for control over the preparation and conduct of the admission campaign has been set up in Belarus

The relevant decree was signed by President Aleksandr Lukashenko. Deputy Prime Minister Vladimir Karanik was appointed Chairman of the Commission. The Commission includes representatives of the Council of the Republic and the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus, state administration bodies, supervisory bodies and public organisations. The decree will make it possible to ensure protection of the rights and legitimate interests of citizens when entering institutions of higher and secondary specialised education, to take prompt response measures, if necessary, to eliminate violations of the legislation.
