A multifunctional complex resembling a giant cruise ship is entering its final stage of construction in Minsk, near Nemiga Street and Dzerzhinsky Avenue It will house a seven-story office building, a hypermarket, a large food mall, and a know-how rooftop where visitors will be able to enjoy panoramic views of Minsk.
