Given the evolving military and political situation in the region, priority was given to national security and defense capability. As Igor Sergeyenko noted, many of the laws adopted during the session are at the intersection of the implementation of the state's economic and social policies. For example, amended legislation on loans and leasing allows businesses to renew their fixed assets, while allowing citizens to purchase essential household goods.
