Given the evolving military and political situation in the region, priority was given to national security and defense capability. Fundamental laws in this area were brought into line with the updated Military Doctrine. According to the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the adoption of the Law on State Registration and Liquidation of Business Entities was an important step. As Igor Sergeyenko noted, many of the laws adopted during the session are at the intersection of the implementation of the state's economic and social policies. For example, amended legislation on loans and leasing allows businesses to renew their fixed assets, while allowing citizens to purchase essential household goods.
