12 April — Republican Subbotnik

On 12 April all Belarusians will be united by the Republican Subbotnik. About 3 mln people take part in it every year. The plan is to improve settlements, memorial complexes, places of military glory, burial places of soldiers and partisans of the Great Patriotic War. It is symbolic that in the year of the 80^th anniversary of the Victory the money earned at this day will be used for the construction of the National History Museum of Belarus.
