The President presented general's shoulder boards to senior officers

The ceremony took place at the Palace of Independence. Aleksandr Lukashenko also presented special certificates of gratitude from the President of Belarus to graduates who had completed military academies with excellent academic performance. Addressing the generals, the President emphasized: "You are those who are held in special esteem by the people. In our country, achieving such a high military rank is not easy. It is not only an honor and respect, but also the highest responsibility and demand for service. Remember, the people have entrusted us with their most precious possession — their peaceful present and future. They are counting on us. On our energy and initiative, responsibility, professionalism, fortitude, and courage".
