Lukashenko stated this at the opening ceremony of the XXXII International Festival of Arts "Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk". The head of state thanked all those who stood at the origins of the cultural forum, who have been organizing the holiday all these years and giving people their creativity. At the opening ceremony of the festival, A. Lukashenko presented the Grand Prix of the children's song contest to a young performer from Kazakhstan, Sh. Arystan. E. Spiridovich, Honored Artist of Belarus and permanent host of the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk, received a special award "Through Art to Peace and Mutual Understanding".
