Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko heard a report from Aleksandr Rogozhnik, Chairman of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee. The report focused on the sowing campaign in the region and its specific features, taking into account climatic conditions. The Head of State was briefed on the progress of the sowing campaign and which crops are being prioritized. Approximately 40% of the area in the Vitebsk Oblast has been sown, and the region plans to increase the area sown to corn and alfalfa. The President inquired about the progress of his instruction to ensure the safety of young cattle. He was informed that approximately 150 health centers are planned for construction in the Vitebsk Oblast. Work in this direction is already underway. Personnel management, including at agricultural enterprises, was also discussed. A report was also given on the measures being taken to create decent working and living conditions for young specialists.
