The salaries and allowances of state employees became the subject of a meeting with the President. The main thing is to tie the payments to the real economic sector. That is, the more efficiently it will work, the more opportunities the treasury will have. Nevertheless, according to the President, this is a permanent task of both the government and the Head of State – to keep salaries at a decent level. People need to feel comfortable. Pensions alone were increased three times this year. Alexander Lukashenko announced that the same number of times pensioners will be supported in 2023. He also pointed out that an additional 130 million rubles will be allocated to the social sector from the President's reserve fund. The money will go to raise salaries for people who work in public organizations.
