The head of the National Bank read his report to Alexander Lukashenko. The First Deputy Prime Minister, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, and Assistant for the Financial and Credit System were also invited to the conversation. Belarus has been working under the pressure of unprecedented and unfair restrictions for almost the entire last year. The conditions are not easy. Nevertheless, Belarus is holding against the sanctions pressure steadfastly. The world development agenda today is largely set by Asia. In this regard, the President was interested in how cooperation with Asian banks is developing. Alexander Lukashenko directed the head of the National Bank to explain in detail how integration projects with Russia are being carried out, as well as to present his view on inflation in the country. In general, the well-coordinated work of the National Bank and the government helps the real sector to adapt to the difficult situation under the sanctions, reduce the negative impact on the country's economy and ensure financial stability.
