Alexander Lukashenko noted that trade turnover between Minsk and Lipetsk has reached $330 million. Yet, a more ambitious goal is set – a half a billion. The Belarusian leader expressed hope that the index will be achieved in the near future. Development of industrial cooperation and technological sovereignty are the key avenues for the Belarus-Russia relations. Work on import substitution is also carried out actively. A significant project in cooperation with the Lipetsk region is construction of an assembling plant of Belarusian municipal machines "Amkodor" based on Lipetsk tractor works. A program of electric transportation development is being implemented in the Russian region, as well. Belarus is ready to deliver a full model range of passenger and agricultural machines there. Interaction in agriculture has a big potential, too. In particular, programs on modernization of grain dryer complexes, deliveries of elite seeds, fodders and additives.
