That is why we have made up our minds. In connection with the fact that Dmitry Mezentsev's term of office is coming to an end and he is leaving for another job," Aleksandr Lukashenko said. The new State Secretary of the Union State will have to present his vision of the development of bilateral relations. Alexander Lukashenko emphasized that both Minsk and Moscow are able to build a very close system of interaction between the two states.
