President met with active functionaries of Vitebsk region

Development of the regions, accent on export, modernization of the road network and the tourist potential. This is just a part of the topics, which were touched upon today in Vitebsk during the meeting of the President with the active functionaries of the northern region of Belarus. Development of the regions remains a key task for Vitebsk and the whole Belarus. Further work on diversification of export and raising of the people's incomes were discussed, as well. The President also took part in commissioning of the Polotsk viaduct. This is one of the most important transport hubs not only for Vitebsk, but also for the whole region.
