New approaches to economic policy

The draft law on improving socio-economic policy has been submitted to the President for consideration. The meeting was held in an extended format, because, as Alexander Lukashenko emphasized, the proposals made by the government are worth it. In particular, it was proposed to radically revise the way of regulating a number of spheres. The head of state demanded to substantiate the proposed measures and report on how they will affect budget revenues. The President also reminded about the current tasks of the socio-economic development for 2022 – to ensure employment of people, prevent production shutdowns, maintain the current level of the population’s income.
