Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko has arrived in Turkey on an official visit. After the ceremony of official welcome with the participation of the guard of honor the head of state went to Anitkabir, the mausoleum of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, where he laid a wreath at the tombstone of the national leader, founder and first president of the Turkish Republic Mustafa Kemal. Alexander Lukashenko held talks with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. The parties discussed politics, trade and economic relations and new mutually beneficial projects. Top on the agenda were investment cooperation and ways to balance out bilateral trade.
