Lukashenko met with outgoing Chinese Ambassador to Belarus Cui Qiming

Belarus will always be a friendly country for China. This was stated today in Minsk by Alexander Lukashenko at a meeting with Chinese Ambassador to Belarus. Cui Qiming completes his diplomatic mission in the country. Alexander Lukashenko emphasized the great merits of the diplomat in the development of the Belarusian-Chinese cooperation. In 2019, the trade turnover between the countries exceeded $5 billion. Over the past year, China has invested about $170 million in joint projects. Alexander Lukashenko also thanked the Chinese side for their assistance in the fight against COVID-19.
