Lukashenko held a meeting on combating viral infections

Healthcare Ministry will be provided with everything necessary to provide medical care to the population, Alexander Lukashenko stated at a meeting on measures taken to counter the spread of viral infections. He stressed that the season of acute respiratory infections and coronavirus is projected to be longer this year. Alexander Lukashenko also noted that the Belarusian healthcare system has all the necessary resources and that the recent decision to close the borders is temporary and is not connected with politics.
