Industrial sector development discussed with President

Preserve traditional markets and develop new export directions. The President held a meeting on the development of domestic industry. The conversation was planned. There is a new Industry Minister in the country. Aleksandr Lukashenko is directing the ministry towards effective work. All tasks for the production and sales of domestic products must be completed. Aleksandr Lukashenko demands that the government ensure reasonable protection of the domestic market and adhere to strict payment discipline. The head of state urged to more actively defend the interests of Belarus within the framework of the agreements that exist with other countries, including Russia. Another issue at the meeting concerns the implementation of import-substituting investment projects financed with the participation of Russian state financial loans. An important topic of the event was also the organization of work to ensure the quality of products manufactured by the domestic industry.
