Head of state makes new appointments

Belarus President Aleksandr Lukashenko has made new appointments. The head of state has appointed Valery Belsky Deputy as Head of the Belarus President Administration. Valery Belsky previously served as Director of the Institute of Economics of the National Academy of Sciences. Vadim Zaryankin has been nominated for a post of Vitebsk Mayor. Before that he was head of the office of the State Control Committee in the Vitebsk region. Former Brest Mayor Andrei Filanovich is a new Head of the Moskovsky District Administration of Brest. The president has also approved the appointment of Deputy Industry Ministers and Directors General of Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant and Atlant company.
