The President of Belarus discussed the prospects for partnership and the implementation of future joint projects with the head of the Udmurt Republic. Expansion of industrial cooperation, technology exchange, export of services, cooperation in the humanitarian sphere. The regions of Belarus and Russia have already proved that distances are not an obstacle to productive work. The potential between Minsk and Izhevsk is great. Before the pandemic, they had a turnover of more than $250 million. This year though, the bilateral trade turnover is only $69 million. The President outlined priority areas and called the parties to be more ambitious. The Russian delegation has a saturated three-day program. Negotiations with the government and the signing of a number of cooperation agreements are planned. The guests will visit the largest enterprises, the industrial park "Great Stone". As part of the business mission, a forum will be held in Minsk along with an exhibition of Udmurt manufacturers.
