Belarus President demands not to fire people, keep labor collectives

The draft decree on social support for certain categories of citizens was discussed with the president. Its main goal is to help those who really need it today. As for enterprises, the requirement of the head of state is the same – not to fire people and keep labor collectives. Labor and Social Protection Minister Irina Kostevich commented on the results of the meeting and said that the draft decree is aimed at supporting large families, people with disabilities and parents raising children with disabilities. In particular, approaches to state targeted social assistance to large families will be improved.
