Belarus President convened a meeting on the creation of military prosecutors' offices

The feasibility of creating a system of military prosecutors was discussed by the President and the security forces. The participants of the meeting weighted all pros and cons. 10 years ago this system was liquidated in Belarus. The power to supervise the implementation of legislation in the Armed Forces were transferred to civilian prosecutors. But now the political situation in the world has changed, which cannot but influence the internal strategy of regulatory authorities, especially in the military sphere. Most of the discussion took place behind closed doors.
