The ceremony took place at the Palace of Independence. According to tradition, the President awarded the best graduates and teachers of higher education institutions. The President addressed all those present with parting words: "You are a symbol of the future, the future of our native Belarus. Just yesterday you defended your theses and passed a serious state exam. I can see from your absolutely confident looks that you are ready to confirm your professional qualifications. The desire to prove yourself and justify the responsibility placed upon you is the surest path to results", the Head of State noted.
