Alexander Lukashenko met cosmonaut Oleg Novitsky, who arrived at the Palace of Independence with his family. The head of state presented the Belarusian space explorer with the Order of Friendship of Peoples for significant achievements and great personal contribution to strengthening international relations. The relevant decree was signed earlier.
