The working visit of the President of Belarus to Kyrgyzstan has begun. Tomorrow, at the session of the OSCE Collective Security Council Aleksandr Lukashenko will outline the position and main proposals of the Belarusian side on the development and strengthening of international and regional security. Items on the agenda will first be considered in a narrow format, and then at a plenary meeting with the participation of the heads of foreign ministries, defense ministries, and secretaries of the Security Councils. Following the session it is planned to sign a number of documents. On the sidelines of the summit, the Belarusian leader will hold meetings and negotiations with foreign colleagues.
