The economic system of Belarus should work to unconditionally ensure the interests of people. This was stated by the Head of State at a meeting with the leadership of the Council of Ministers. 7 draft decrees were discussed. All of them were sent for revision by Aleksandr Lukashenko. The discussed topics vary from employees guarantees at bankrupt enterprises, recycling, to the development of electric transport and duty-free import of goods. The main requirement of the President is that all innovations should make the life of Belarusians more comfortable. Improving the system of government supervision of the state of agricultural machinery and equipment was discussed as well. Among the documents on the agenda were also those pertaining to improving the efficiency of notaries and changing the norms of duty-free import of goods by individuals.
